In order to understand what sort of exercises you should be focusing on, we have some recommendations under the Video Inspiration page based on your level of experience/fitness. Choose which category your fitness goals/ experience fit into, and check out some of the workouts that I recommend( I am not a licensed professional so these are just recommendations).
One of the main goals of the Trainingforteens program is to instill a work ethic and overall drive for fitness, so the motivation to work out should develop while you are still in the program. However, if you find it hard to continue on your fitness journey after you have completed the program, don’t be afraid to ask some of your friends to work out with you
