I'm 16 and I've endured years of struggling with on and off weight gain, due to inactivity, hypothyroidism and a metabolism that needed some help. My metabolism wasn’t being helped by watching tv, playing video games and sitting on the couch. I needed to get active! I noticed that I enjoyed getting active when I was with friends. It became a more social experience, it was easier to tackle and to be inspired by others to keep going until you reach your goal. This peer to peer training program I have developed is meant to inspire you to become your best self with support from other teens who have met their fitness goals.

WHAT I BELIEVE IN

Hard work and motivation pays off.

There are no gimmicks.  I know what it’s like to struggle and I simply want to help others.  The philosophy is based on accountability.  You are matched with a workout buddy who partners with you to help you reach your goals.  Your goal could be weight loss, or maybe building muscle mass. Whatever it is, our Trainingforteens program can help.
